Halfway Down is a pop-punk band from St. Paul, Minnesota, built around huge hooks, emotionally direct lyrics, and enough heavier influence to keep the edges sharp. The three-piece—Blake Deneweth on lead vocals and guitar, Shawn Kraft on guitar and backing vocals, and Cameron Kraft on drums—pulls from pop-punk, emo, easycore, and metalcore without losing sight of the chorus. On July 24, 2026, Halfway Down sold out the 150-capacity Pilllar Forum in Minneapolis alongside When The Sun Sets. Their latest single, “Want You,” was released July 3, 2026, continuing the band’s run of melodic, high-energy songs that balance clean hooks, emotional urgency, and heavier live dynamics.
