Scott Laurent – Somewhere Along The Line Record Release

Nashville singer-songwriter and Minnesota native Scott Laurent returns to Icehouse for an early evening performance celebrating the release of his sixth studio album, Somewhere Along The Line. With a full band ft. Dave Mehling, Noah Levy, Isaac Levy, Trent Norton, and Janey Winterbauer, plus special guest Dan Murphy. Laurent has written with and for some of the biggest names in country music, earning cuts with artists across multiple genres worldwide. Having worked and recorded with multiple Grammy Award winners, he has also become a go-to collaborator for emerging Nashville talent. His songwriting has appeared in numerous TV shows and films, and his career has taken him on tour across the U.S. and Europe. Recorded in Minneapolis, Somewhere Along The Line was co-produced by Isaac Levy, Scott Laurent, and Noah Levy. "I just knew at some point I had to come back home to Minnesota to make this record," says Laurent. "Working with Noah and Isaac was an incredible experience. I wanted to make an album featuring all Minnesota musicians, and the whole process was a dream come true. I’ve been holding on to these songs for a while now—and now they are yours!"
