Minneapolis! Very excited to announce this extremely stacked bill. A meeting of the minds that is guaranteed to fry your circuits. Wednesday August 5th, just@over a week away. @colinself is coming to visit us all the way from Berlin, you may know them from their experimental performance art, electronic compositions, choir-leading, and/or collaborations with a million incredible artists including playing in Holly Herndon’s live band (and even opening for Radiohead with them wtf). @surgeryseason is a new project from Wolf @yawnjewel and Jamie, if we’re friends irl I’ve probably gushed to you about how Wolf’s album (as Jan Julius) Meat Shot Idyllic is one of the truest feeling encapsulations of life in the pandemic/uprising era so I’m so excited to finally get to see them live and hear the new material. Then local legends @e.t.phone.homo will be throwing down as well, and I’ll be reading some writing. All happening at @pattern_room in the beautiful Ivy Building. Please tell your friends this is coming together later than I liked but I guarantee you do not want to miss it.
