★ crawl space - KELS brings her “dirty blues” blend of blues, soul, folk, and country to Green Room, touring behind her debut EP Dirty Blues Princess. Nashville-based Ella Maddux opens with jazz-pop melodies and witty, playful lyrics. For fans of: Amy Winehouse for blues-and-jazz-inflected soul; Jazmine Sullivan for vocal expression; Norah Jones for the bill’s relaxed jazz-pop side; Lake Street Dive for its roots-and-pop overlap.
