Midso is a Twin Cities power-pop alt-country band writing wordy songs on work, love, & antifascism. My Cousin Dallas was formed during the summer of 2000 by three college radio Djs attending the University of Wisconsin in River Falls. Best described as "The Replacements and The Barenaked Ladies getting together and covering Duran Duran" They offer an entertaining and eclectic adventure of songs and styles. Rachel Wyre is a Minneapolis-based singer-songwriter blending folk storytelling with pop sensibilities. Her songs are heartfelt, relatable, and effortlessly listenable.
